• Finished 'The Full Monty and Some'.
• Entered Bergson Winter Challenge, Poland as Team Snowcard.co.uk
• Became a veteran.
• Training day on Cannock Chase with John. 85 miles bike and 15 miles on foot.
• 14th (of about 116 males) in Spring Spring Polaris Challenge.
• Grew a large parsnip.
• Finished the Scottish Islands Peaks Race. Nicholson 31 - Pavane of Lorne.
• Team Snowcard.co.uk 6th/49 in Amateur class - North Face Adventure Trophy, Poland.
• First Ace 2-day of the year in Lakes with Paul. We won the Male Pairs! Jean marshalled.
• And then there was one.... midsummer roast duck.
• Orienteering at Hylands Park. Results.
• Raced with Team Accelerate in the Wilderness ARC
• Open 24 with Jeff. 5th Male Pair. Jean's Photos.

• Jean marshalling at Hebridean Challenge and sent a report to Planet Fear.
• Jean has a Health Overseas for Adventure Racers article published on Planet Fear.
• Brief glimpses (including possibly my naked bottom!) in Channel 4 film of the Wilderness ARC race this year. See some of the other footage of the race here.
• 2nd Place with Paul at Hafren 2-day ACE race.
• Final 2-day ACE Race in Galloway, didn't make the podium but won the Series Prize.
• Bought in-line skates and started learning how to use them.
• Czech Nev-Dama Adventure Race. DNF, Mick broke his ankle skating :-(
• Jean started her contract up in Newcastle.
• Polaris Challenge in Yorkshire Dales with Paul, Jeff and Sabs.
• Training with Paul, Sabs and Wendy.
• Tried a Thetford Mountain Bike race. Results.
• A paddle training day at Wrabness and we won the Rodings Rally!
• Entry in for AR World Championships
• Dynamic Endurance event on Dec 2nd, South Downs - 1st team and 3rd Male Solo. Results.
• Dad over for Xmas at home (instead of at Rothera).
